No Payment is needed.

Excluding event periods, payments are only refundable if the booking is cancelled 7 complete days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations made within the 7 day period will incur charges equilivant to the full length of the stay.
During event periods (listed under Annual Events Taste of Rutherglen, Roam Rutherglen, Group Bookings etc) payments are only refundable if 30 complete days or more notice is given. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will incur charges equivalent to the full length of stay.
During weekends, long weekends or event periods where a booking has been made with a minimum night stay, single nights can not be cancelled.
Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given. (Property Policy)
Corporate guests please refer to your negotiated cancellation periods.
Reservations received from third party booking sources (i.e. Expedia, Bookings.com etc) please contact the company with which you made the booking to discuss the terms of your booking, cancellation and/or refund.

If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.

Children of any age are welcome.

Children aged 3 years and above are considered adults at this property.

To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.

The minimum age for check-in is 18, Checkin Start After 2:00 PM

Pets are not allowed.
